Our review and guide to Three Buns Burger Restaurant, Robertson Quay, Quayside:

We are frequent visitors to Robertson quay and were excited to hear that Three buns was opening here after it's success in Keong Saik Road as part of Potato Head family.

The atmosphere at Three Buns, Quayside

We visited one late Sunday afternoon. It was the perfect setting, for families, couples, friends and dog owners alike. Everyone was enjoying an early dinner by the Singapore River. Music was playing, the sun was setting and everyone appeared to be loving their juicy and delicious looking burgers. Our appetites were wet as we walked in to be seated.

The burgers and food at Three Buns, Quayside

You can sure see the talent of the chef, Adam Penney, who cooks with only the highest of quality cheese and meats, including prime grass-fed Black Angus Beef from Australia. This all combined does make a single perfect burger. The bread and buns are all locally sourced and baked fresh for an all-round delicious taste. The burgers are all cooked to order, allowing you to have it cooked to your liking.

Our food choices at Three Buns

Our burger of choice for the night was Da Cheese Master ($15). It looked so good, we both ordered the same thing in fear of food envy of each other.

This burger is oozing with juiciness from the freshest quality beef and a double slice of cheddar cheese. The burger is served wrapped in paper. We recommend that you eat it with the paper to prevent the deliciousness from dripping all down your hands and arms (see our photo example)! It was a truly amazing experience eating this burger and we highly recommend it.

The burgers are served without side dishes. We also recommend ordering a few extra sides to try as well. Side dish options included the famous fries, loaded with truffle cheese or the naughty fries loaded with extra beef.

We opted for the Ayam Chicken ($9), which was crispy fried with a sweet, tangy and chilli taste. This was also a delicious choice and not too spicy.
